| ( Saturday, Feb. 08, 2003 + 10:20 pm ) Blues and roots. Stayed home and babysat little sister because she was sick. There wasn't much babysitting involved though because she just lay on the couch, and I sat here. I am so sick of sitting here. Must get a life. I did ring Lee to see what he was up to, and we chatted for a while until he had to go pick up the pizza him and his sister were having for tea. He said that he would ring back later, but he never did. That's fine that he didn't ring back but it really annoys me when people say they will but don't, if they're not going to they shouldn't say it. Plus knowing him, he probably did it so that he wouldn't have to hang out with me if I suggested it. He is the type to do such a thing. Like the other night he was over at Patti's with me and Anni, and we were drinking and getting ready to go out, and he was supposed to be going to hang out with Carla, but because he didn't want to he messaged her saying that he was really tired and was just going to go to sleep, when clearly [to us] he wasn't. It's pretty mean. My mum went to a blues and roots festival today where the headlining acts included Beth Orton, Ani Difranco and Bob Dylan! I know, so unfair. She did ring me when Bob Dylan was on though to let me listen. haha she's such a dork. I couldn't hear it very well though. Joel comes home tomorrow afternoon = yay. I have to work from 11-4 = nay. Money though = yay. My back and neck are sore. It's definately time to stop sitting here. Oh and it's SuperJess' birthday tomorrow, so go wish her all the best. : ] You will live in Apartment.
